The young man that was working around 8-9pm was extremely pleasant. He kindly explained the rewards card that this station offers to the gentleman in front of me in line and then again to myself. He complimented my choices in snacks and wished me a good evening. I myself manage a retail store and think this gentleman is a customer service all star!

I am a west-side native, and in Spokane for a few weeks this winter just in time for Snowpocalypse 2012. Needless to say, my Honda Civic was even less prepared for the snow than I was, and I needed to get chains on my tires right away. After struggling in the snow with no success, I took my tangled, old chains (bought from Goodwill) in to Divine's hoping that they would save me. They took care of me right away, jacked up my car and even scrounged around to find an old bungee cord to secure my crappy chains onto my tires. It was cold, dark, and freezing out, but the man who helped me (didn't get his name) was nothing but kind. I was charged about $17 bucks for the whole deal (one axle.) I would go back to them in a second. Great customer service and highly recommended!
Good shop, they know what they're doing, quality repairs. Very honest, they don't try to sell you repairs you don't need. Fair rates, and timely service. I'm satisfied with them. Plus you get 2% back on each sale if you get the rewards card.
Converted my A/C from R-12 to R-134a for a reasonable price! I thought I would never have A/C till my car died. Rico was very polite! Would come here again for future car repair service! These people know how to run their business right and make their customers happy.

Easy access en route South to SF. Grabbed some Rock Star & some bottled water. Nice guy behind counter from Oakland says " left his heart in SF" ;))
